With an abnormally shaped layout, the client was frustrated with the placement of the space. Unsatisfied with the cluttered environment of his property, the client sought out and was introduced to Space Planning by Designer Steve.

After a thorough examination and identification of the client’s pain points, Designer Steve developed a plan to make use of the L Shaped Space and divide the space into two living rooms of different sizes. The smaller living room was set up to be used for quiet occasions such as bible studies and prayer sessions while the bigger living room was integrated into a space for social gatherings with guest friends and family.
