The owner shared her concern about the space in her 1000 sqft unit, particularly with a significant portion occupied by her balcony. She wanted a clutter-free and easy-to-maintain space. To rectify the owner’s concern, Designer Jia Qi reimagined the kitchen’s layout from U-shaped to L-shaped, she carved out space for a cosy dining area, ideal for social gatherings.  Additionally, Designer Jia Qi infused the owner’s liveliness into every corner of her home. The living area, a corner for relaxation and socialising, boasts flexibility with movable side tables, catering to owner’s penchant for impromptu snack sessions.

Every element in owner’s home reflects her vibrant energy and cultural heritage. From the flexible living area to the social haven of the dining space, each corner is infused with warmth, mirroring owner’s welcoming nature.
